The incision for Nose Surgery or Rhinoplasty can be placed inside the nose or It can be an open technique. If the goal is narrowing of flared nostrils, the incision is on the base of the nose.

Duration of Rhinoplasty- Nose Surgery

After two days you are able to do your routine chores, but it will take two to three weeks for the bruising and swelling to disappear.
